Option 1: Fly High Jump Program


1st Session: May 28th-June 22nd

2nd Session: July 9th-August 10th (10% off Early Bird special for 2nd/summer session only)


• Semi-Private Programming (1-4 athletes per time slot)

• Flexible time slots (scheduling)

• Personal Programming

• Multiple time slots available


1st Session: $249 (2x/wk) or $399 (3x/wk) per athlete

Both Sessions: $499 (2x/wk) or $599 (3x/wk) per athlete


*Movement Efficiency Assessment required: $39 (normally $79)

Option 2: Specialized Semi-Private Training


• Semi-Private Programming for ALL Sports (1-4 athletes)

• Speed

• Power

• Quickness

• Coordination

• Strength

• Multiple time slots offered


Pricing: $299 (2x/wk) or $429 (3x/wk) per athlete (eligible for 10% off Early Bird special)

Option 3: Speed Week


Offered one time only 7/30-8/3. Full 2-hour sessions each day from 12pm-2pm. Athletes ages 12 & up.*

Option 4: JV/Varsity Collegiate Prep


For the Athlete new to Performance and looking to enhance abilities for the Scholastic/Club level. Tuesdays from 6-7 pm (final time TBD).

Team Training


Sessions are 1.25 hours each with a Certified Coach. Pricing varies. Please contact for rates.
